    • Testing, One, Two...

    To everyone: Tell your friends, coworkers, and loved ones who need art done, I'll do it. Sketches, illustrations, concept art, graphic design and logos, badges, icons, comics, banners, freaking website designs provided you have a coder to put it together-- I can do any of it!
    DA apparently is dry on the commission scene this year... artists have to raise their prices and nobody has money to spend on them. This trip to France I'm taking is going to be so expensive I may stress out about the money too much to enjoy myself unless I make the money to pay for at least SOME of it. Never mind the cost of flying over there, the program fees and tuition, and the cost of art supplies for my classes. That aside, which I already can't afford to pay back (loans, hello!), but even if I could pay for all of that, I wouldn't be able to buy anything or go anywhere that wasn't covered by the school's fees (which is to say not a lot unless it's required). That means no dining out. In FRANCE. No souvenirs. From FRANCE. Just back and forth from my room to class to the dining hall every day, and then later walking around the biggest comic book convention in Europe and the most famous art museum in the world without being able to buy a single thing. I'll come back with ticket stubs as proof and some pictures, but come on. :C If you were going to France, an enormous European comic book convention, AND the Louvre... you'd be sad too if you didn't come back with anything. not to mention the comparison of the American dollar to the Euro.

    So help a chick out, folks, I need some work! Spread the word!
